To ensure the smooth operation of our office and to accommodate all our patients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Notice Period<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Patients are required to provide a minimum of <strong>24 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> for appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients in need.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Late Cancellation Fee<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cancellations made within less than <strong>24 hours<\/strong> of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a late cancellation fee of <strong>$50.00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>No-Show Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will also be subject to a <strong>$50.00 fee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Emergency Exceptions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have a genuine emergency, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Whenever possible, patients are encouraged to <strong>reschedule more than 24 hours in advance<\/strong> rather than cancel. This helps us maintain a timely and efficient schedule for all our providers and patients.<\/p>\n<p>By scheduling an appointment with <span style=\"color: #c59615;\"><strong>NeuroLift<\/strong><\/span>, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
